Welcome to Silver Legends Neighborhood Watch, an official nonprofit organization serving residents in the Vineyard area of Sacramento County, California.
Our organization is made up of dedicated volunteers who are committed to helping keep our neighborhood safe, informed, and connected. Through community awareness, collaboration, and active engagement, we work together to promote a secure and welcoming environment for all residents.

Our members are residents who share a common goal: fostering a safe, informed, and connected neighborhood. By partnering with local law enforcement, community leaders, and fellow residents, we help encourage crime prevention, emergency preparedness, and neighborhood engagement.

Flock Camera Safety
Community-Funded Safety Initiative
The Flock Safety camera system serving our neighborhood is made possible through the generous support of resident donations. No homeowner association dues or government funding are used to operate these cameras. Instead, community members voluntarily contribute to help fund the installation, maintenance, and operation of the system. This resident-led investment reflects our shared commitment to enhancing neighborhood safety, deterring crime, and providing valuable resources to assist law enforcement when incidents occur. Flock Safety cameras are automated license plate recognition (ALPR) cameras designed to help communities and law enforcement agencies identify vehicles associated with criminal activity.
Silver Legends Neighborhood Watch supports tools and technologies that promote community safety while respecting residents' privacy. Flock cameras can serve as an additional resource to help deter crime, assist law enforcement investigations, and provide peace of mind for residents. When combined with active community involvement, neighbor awareness, and strong communication, these systems can contribute to a safer and more secure neighborhood.
